Responsibilities

• The Performance Marketing Specialist will work regionally and be managing all paid ads across Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Your tasks will include high-level planning and strategizing as well as hands-on management of SEM, display / programmatic, video, social media and other performance based channels.
• Continuous reporting and analysis of marketing data will also be a central part of the day-to-day work.
• The role will both focus on improvement of already used channels, and identifying new customer sources to broaden Lendela’s marketing mix.

About You

• You have a great knowledge in performance marketing (preferably minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position or at a performance marketing agency) and the dynamics of channels like SEM, Display / Programmatic, Social Media and affiliates.
• Experience from offline customer acquisition channels like print, direct marketing and OOH is not expected but meritorious.
• Even though you are comfortable working on a regional basis, you possess an understanding of the local differences in Lendela’s two markets, Singapore and Hong Kong, in terms of culture, customer behaviour, marketing success drivers etc.
• You are a quick decision maker and capable of implementing fast changes based on data and learnings from testing.
• You are not afraid of trying new things, to think out of the box, and you work with a constant attention to details. Above all, you handle stress well and thrive in a competitive advertising space.
• You are fluent in both Cantonese and English (copywriting and ad creation skills are meritorious).
