We are now seeking a full-time UX/UI Manager to join our team.  

What you'll do is to......

• Oversee the development of UX/UI design and experience of both web and mobile applications by translating brand value, proposition and product insights

• Define & maintain the branding & design guidelines and set global design standard, best practices and standards across the digital team’s output

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development team & Digital Team to understand the design needs and optimize user experience

• Work with the digital team to assess the impact of UX/UI design and to conduct A/B testing

• Create world-class, customer-centered designs through consideration of market research, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability study findings

• Actively conducting or participating in usability research and testing

• Conduct and facilitate workshops and design sessions (e.g. Design Thinking Workshop) to synthesize the outputs to craft ideas and solutions for prototyping

You will thrive in the role if you ……

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

• 6-8 years of Digital Product development & management experience in B2B/B2C domain

• Expertise in user interface and user experience design

• Excellent understanding of UX principles (research, conceptualization, development, etc.)

• Demonstrated ability to incorporate design thinking into the product development process

• Strong understanding on User Research, User Task Flow, Wireframe, Storyboards, Information Architecture and Usability
  

• Proficiency in software like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, InVision Studio, etc.

• Experience in using Hotjar, Google Ads and Google Analytic is an advantage

• Experience in Agile software development with Scrum or other Agile methodologies/frameworks

• High degree of internet savvy, with a curiosity and enthusiasm for digital or media trend

• Solid experience in developing enterprise level of web and mobile applications (iOS/Android) with track record

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into high quality, cost effective solutions

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organization skills

• Experience in textile and manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior UX/UI Designer
