Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets;
  2. Explore and develop new business opportunities include live commerce;
  3. Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform functions, including logistics, customer service, stock and dashboard of activities;
  4. Work closely with in-house stakeholders, including sales team, design team and business partner to achieve KPI;
  5. Analyze the online sales performance and roll out effective activities to reach sales target;
  6. Prepare sales, traffic, promotion reports and competitor analysis regularly;
  7. Carry out ad-hoc duties and projects; and
  8. Any other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in E-commerce or related discipline;
  • 3 years or above of work experience in B2C digital marketing and e-commerce;
  • Good command of English and Mandarin;
  • Proficient PC knowledge;
  • Experience in online market (HKTVmall, Tmall, Ztore, Home+), social media and KOL management is a plus;
  • A team player, works independently and works under tight schedule and pressure;
  • More experience will consider as "Senior E-Commerce Officer".
