Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the AGENT to make change happen and make GREEN common!
  • Formulate digital marketing strategies and plans, including the disciplines of content & paid marketing, including but not limited to social media, SEO, SEM, website management, advertising, eDM, etc.
  • Plan for the integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Grow the user base and market penetration of OMNI and Green Common’s distribution brands;
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
  • Build brand awareness and increase engagement by developing and designing strong content strategies across digital channels;
  • Proofread and initiate creative content to ensure it stays on top of trends in Green Diet, Food Tech and Green lifestyle;
  • Perform market and digital analysis, report and generate insights to identify opportunity in the market and support impact decisions;
  • Set KPIs and implement tracking to evaluate the performance of different digital marketing campaigns through different analytic tools and make recommendations to optimize;
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests;
  • Ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

  • Passionate in promoting GREEN lifestyle, knowledge in vegetarian / vegan product is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications or related disciplines;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience, and proven working experience in digital marketing agency/ digital specialized role and F&B;
  • Multimedia experience is preferred;
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
  • Well-organized, able to multitasking and cope with fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of the various marketing operations and consumer experiences;
  • Familiar with Social Media;
  • Familiar with SEO/SEM, Google Ads and other digital channels;
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends);
  • Good communication and proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
