• Manage day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce platforms, including but not limited to prepare promotion materials & rules setting, content management, update product listing and description, monitor order fulfillment.
• Take part in promotion and campaign idea generation and execution for driving sales on the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) websites and Marketplace
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of promotion campaigns, such as website content management and display banners design etc.
• Monitor website performance and work with venders and GIT for UAT and website interface enhancement
• Generate data driven insights & analyze past performance of previous campaigns to identify opportunities for growth & to continuously improve ROI
• Prepare and consolidate daily sales reports
• Assist any ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant of working experience in e-Commerce for Retail, FMCG, Sales or Beauty.
• Experienced in brand management, sales & performance in several platform or market place will be preferable
• A passionate, self-starter, keen learner with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Savvy, relational team player and people leader with extensive self-awareness, impartial and objective
• Strong in analytical, business minded and possesses good problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to top decision makers.
