Job Description
Purpose of the Job:
E-Commerce Executive is responsible for E-Commerce platforms daily operations including but not limited to prepare promotion materials & rules setting, content management, update product listing and description, monitor order fulfillment and prepare sales reports. The role holder also is required to execute and propose ideas for driving sales on the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) websites and Marketplace and work on website interface enhancement and UX/ UI optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce platforms, including but not limited to prepare promotion materials & rules setting, content management, update product listing and description, monitor order fulfillment. Assist the E-Commerce Manager in promotion and campaign idea generation and execution for driving sales on the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) websites and Marketplace
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of promotion campaigns, such as website content management and display banners design etc.
- Monitor website performance and work with venders and GIT for website interface enhancement and UX/UI optimisation
- Prepare and consolidate daily sales reports
- Assist any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
- 1 - 2 years of experience in E-Commerce; Exposure in HKTVmall is preferred
- Well-organised, good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
- Proficiency in PC skills; Knowledge in Google Analytics and Shopify are preferred
- Good command in spoken & written Cantonese and English
