Job Description

As a  Digital Key Account Executive, you will be in charge of developing sales & turnover and managing the commercial relationship with our marketplace’s partners.
Goals and Objectives:
  • You will have all the keys to grow our sales and grow our turnover
  • Be in charge of building the long term relationship with our seller partners
  • Define and identify High-Potential categories to develop in priority
  • Find the business levers to boost the sales and maximize the growth
  • Ensure the best quality of service from sellers whilst ensuring the good quality of product data from sellers
  • Be in charge of managing the promotion planning in partnership with the sellers
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Commercial:
  • Define and apply the commercial strategy of the group to achieve the goals
  • Segment our sellers/partners based on one or several common characteristics - into clusters with relatively homogeneous needs and sales potential, to address each cluster effectively and appropriately
  • Track & optimize performance, as an Operator, the Digital Key Account Manager for the Marketplace has to pilot sellers’ performances and actions to drive GMV 
  • Organize regular meetings with the sellers to understand the market, advise and consult them to achieve a better performance
  • Quality of Service:
  • Ensure the delivery process is as seamless and fast as possible
  • Monitor how sellers answer to customers enquiry and deal with incidents
  • Pricing:
  • Implement the pricing policy, and monitor the impact on profitability
  • Understand sellers’ price positioning vs. retail and vs. other sellers on our website
  • Ensure your sellers push the same prices on our marketplace vs. on our competitors’ channels 
  • Catalog:
  • Ensure sellers push the largest possible assortment of published products & active offers
  • Monitor the quality of data pushed by sellers in your catalog 
  • Visibility: 
  • Our sellers’ offers appear at the right place, maximize MP offers ranking on our online channels and on search engines
  • Maximize adoption by sellers of our merchandising and promotional incentives 
Experience and Requirements:
  • Passion for sports
  • University Degree holder
  • 1-3 years of experience in Key Account Management/ Business Development (E-Commerce and Marketplace area)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and has a data-driven approach
  • Immediately available preferred
