Job Description

Responsibilities : 

  • Responsible for the whole sales process, including positioning, presentation / demonstration of product, negotiation and closing.
  • Generate sales leads from cold calls & targeted outreaches.
  • Accountable for sales activities, conversion rate and revenue numbers.
  • Managing complex sales cycles and presenting to upper management / C-suite the value of company's software.
  • Build and present customised decks for enterprise level clients.
  • Demonstrating product demo via video conferencing or on-site visit.
  • Drive deal strategy, by collaborating and leading the successful execution of sales activities, utilizing internal resources, including Customer Success, Partnerships Tech, and Sales Leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachlor’s Degree or higher.
  • 3-5 years of SaaS / software sales experience. Experience in enterprise sales is preferred.
  • Experience in carrying a quota and closing deals in software ( business applications preferred ) or technology sales.
  • Experience in presenting to upper management / C-suite.
  • Experience in selling to customers in Hong Kong and Overseas ( English speaking clients ).
  • Consistently over-achieved quota ( top 5-10% of the company ) in past positions.
  • Successful track record managing complex deals from lead to close.
  • Confident in pitching in front of large groups of people.
  • Business-level fluency in English & Cantonese is a must ( Mandarin is a bonus ).
  • Strong time management skills.

Desired Skills

  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
  • CRM ( Preferably Hubspot ) experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong customer references
  • Strong knowledge in IT systems
