Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the whole sales process, including positioning, presentation / demonstration of product, negotiation and closing.
- Generate sales leads from cold calls & targeted outreaches.
- Accountable for sales activities, conversion rate and revenue numbers.
- Managing complex sales cycles and presenting to upper management / C-suite the value of company's software.
- Build and present customised decks for enterprise level clients.
- Demonstrating product demo via video conferencing or on-site visit.
- Drive deal strategy, by collaborating and leading the successful execution of sales activities, utilizing internal resources, including Customer Success, Partnerships Tech, and Sales Leadership.
Requirements
- Bachlor’s Degree or higher.
- 3-5 years of SaaS / software sales experience. Experience in enterprise sales is preferred.
- Experience in carrying a quota and closing deals in software ( business applications preferred ) or technology sales.
- Experience in presenting to upper management / C-suite.
- Experience in selling to customers in Hong Kong and Overseas ( English speaking clients ).
- Consistently over-achieved quota ( top 5-10% of the company ) in past positions.
- Successful track record managing complex deals from lead to close.
- Confident in pitching in front of large groups of people.
- Business-level fluency in English & Cantonese is a must ( Mandarin is a bonus ).
- Strong time management skills.
Desired Skills
- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
- CRM ( Preferably Hubspot ) experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong customer references
- Strong knowledge in IT systems
