We’re looking for a detailed-oriented, experienced in eCommerce, outstanding individual to join our Product & Brand Team of Grow’n Up, based in Hong Kong. You will join our team and be responsible for day-to-day operation, plan & achieve targets.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide all-round sales coordination for the team, from online, offline to wholesale
• Support sales activities, including order process, logistics, inventory control, bill checking and after-sales service
• Coordinate with factory, clients and logistic partners from issuing PO, arrange shipments, documents preparing, ordering, delivery, issuing SI to payment
• Prepare sales analysis and reports for Management
• Support online platform interface updates with latest promotion, pricing updates, layout and content improvements, etc.
• Assist in developing and executing online sales and marketing strategies
• Provide administrative & clerical support to Manager / General Manager.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in toys category
• Experience in eCommerce (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair…) platform operations and website maintenance will be an advantage
• ERP Experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS office with good knowledge in V-lookup and Pivot table in Excel
• Good at numeracy with analytical skill, interpersonal skill and detail-oriented
• Team player, hardworking, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication in both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential

• Self-motivated, well-organized and willingness & excitement to learn new things
• Good project management skill and multi-tasking under tight schedule independently
• Immediately available is highly preferable
