Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform including sales performance review, promotion planning and inventory control etc.
- Handle customer enquiries (by phone/ email/ whatsapp etc.)
- Take care of walk-in customers / showroom appointments when necessary
- Proceed with confirmed orders and proactively follow up with related parties
- Assist on admin work & communication with business partners
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Work experience or knowledge on e-commerce or digital marketing will be preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work independently
- Communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Able to read Japanese / experience on customer service will be an advantage
- Fresh graduate is also welcomed
