• Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform including sales performance review, promotion planning and inventory control etc.
•  Handle customer enquiries (by phone/ email/ whatsapp etc.)
• Take care of walk-in customers / showroom appointments when necessary
• Proceed with confirmed orders and proactively follow up with related parties
• Assist on admin work & communication with business partners
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Work experience or knowledge on e-commerce or digital marketing will be preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work independently
• Communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Able to read Japanese / experience on customer service will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate is also welcomed
