Executive Summary:

Due to the growing industry demands on IoT technology and data services, it is hiring for the marketing/proram talent like you to lead and drive industrial events and programs, develop the business opportunity within IT and different industry sectors.

Major Responsibilities:

• Reporting to section head of data services, this individual will support the service delivery of the market-leading, community based B2B trading service to corporate members in FMCG, Food Service and Healthcare sectors, etc.
• Manage project work from start to closing of project implementation as well as other professional service activities
• Support B2B e-commerce platform activity, conduct workshop/webinar to engage users, follow up on-boarding services
• Prepare workshop/training materials and user manual
• Providing training and coordinate test (SIT/UAT) for users and assist them with queries
• Monitor the operation of the platform, prepare test plan and ensuring the system goes efficient
• Prepare multiple reports to analysis the user behavior and usage on a regular basis
• Providing mapping service for data conversion of different formats
• Collect and document user/business requirements
• Provide consultancy service to customer about the EDI implementation practice

Key Requirements:

• University degree or above
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or service delivery (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Highly preferred with supply chain management or IT related industry knowledge or experience
• Basic knowledge in EDI standards or e-commerce would be an advantage but NOT a must
• Well-organized and good in communication
• Client-focused and results-oriented
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Zoom/Teams
• Fluent in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), oral and written
