We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Account Management Coordinator to join our fun, professional and dedicated Commercial Department based here in Hong Kong.  Our Commercial Department oversees the end-to-end restaurant partners’ operations and businesses, from partners identification & signing to onboarding & account management, as well as new venture developments. Our Account Management team operates under the Commercial Department, which is responsible for relationship management and strategic business planning, such as tailor-made branding and marketing campaigns, with the aim of growing the accounts’ portfolios in order to achieve their business goals!

Roles and Responsibilities

Tasked with the administrative duties for Account Management team, you will be expected to:

  • Assist Account Management Team on daily operations such as Salesforce management, PowerPoint preparation, promotional tool management as well as other administrative duties
  • Organize and arrange team meetings by performing presentation materials coordination and minutes taking
  • Work closely with internal teams to consolidate business happenings and update in centralized platform for easy reference and tracking
  • Responsible for the calculation, administration, and maintenance of vendor discounts in promotional tool
  • Execute and proofread the back-end settings to ensure content is properly displayed on our platform and liaise with account owners to resolve any quality issues
  • Support Head of Account Management & Team Leads on projects and revenue initiatives in coordination across teams
  • Perform data analysis and collaborate with business users to provide insights
  • Coordinate organizational project matters and manage all daily account and project management issues
  • Familiar with foodpanda’s business model and the online food ordering market
  • Go the “extra mile” and support the team to achieve KPI
  • Support any ad-hoc requests from the team

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1-2 year of experience in Sales Supporting and Administrative role
  • A detail-minded and resilient team player with strong authoring, editing, and reviewing skills
  • Work independently with multitasking, communication, and organizational skills under specific timeframe with good commercial sense
  • Able to speak, read & write in English and Cantonese fluently, Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Chinese & English Word Processing is mandatory
  • Knowledge in the use of MS Office is a must, Salesforce & Tableau will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
