Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the PRC social media/ online platforms to achieve business objective
• Support Shanghai Operation team for daily operations including product and content management, execution of marketing campaigns or promotions, pre and post sales coordination
• Evaluate the program performance to have a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in order to support management decisions
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as required

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology/ Ecommerce or related disciplines
• With hands-on experience in managing WeChat mini programme is a plus
• Fresh graduate is welcomed
• Strong business sense with strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Proactive and result driven with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
