Big Bang Academy is looking for a passionate Project Lead who enjoys a fast-paced and collaborative working environment and is dedicated to empower and inspire self-directed & self-motivated learning for kids!

Your Role

• Lead the operational, warehousing and logistic flow of online & offline classes & products.
• Lead signature events and projects such as festive camps, corporate collaborations, STEAM workshops etc.
• Maintain close relationship and liaison with school and corporate partners
• Support and develop new processes to continuously improve and enhance customer (B2B/ B2C) and student’s experience
• Work closely with Operation, Curriculum, Sales & Marketing teams

Qualification

• Good communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure and be self-motivated to fit with changes
• Detailed-minded and be able to multi-task
• Proficient in written and verbal Chinses & English
• 2 years of working experience in event management and education is preferred
