Job Description
We are a fast growing eCommerce Team and seeking for new teammates to join us. If you are enthusiastic in eCommerce and got related working experience, please contact us. We offer attractive package for suitable candidates.
JOB DUTIES
- Assist in managing a fast growing Adult Toy Online Store and our retail store network
- Analysis the sales report and source the potential product in related category
- In charge of different departments for the smooth daily operation
- Assist in People & Team Management
- Assist in developing different channel and responsible for the daily operation
- Data Entry, and keep data update accurately and consistently
- Provide customer service and improve customer experience
- Assist in service quality check in 3PL warehouse regularly
- Assist and execute different promotion campaign
- Plan and organise any add hoc job with the teammates
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Diploma or above
- Interested and experienced in the adult Sexual & Wellness product
- At least 2 years working experience in eCommerce with passion and 1 year experience of team management (experience in any of hktvmall, shopline, shopify, amazon platform is preferred)
- Sophisticated in office software (eg. google sheet, google drive..etc)
- Proactive, good communication skill and able to work independently
- Details, responsible, with good organisation and problem solving skills
Work Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm. Sat and Public Holiday on shift and work from home. For those who enthusiastic in eCommerce, we invite you to join us.
