In this position, you will be planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive all offline and online sales & marketing activities for Hong Kong market.

Responsibilities

• Set road map, formulate and execute overall sales (offline and online) and marketing strategies for Hong Kong local sales
• Manage and execute daily operations of our sales business including order management, order forecast, fulfillment, inventory management
• Responsible for our HK social media platforms, from content creation, copywriting to digital campaign and SEO optimisation
• Responsible for our HK membership loyalty programme
• Explore new business opportunities / partners with distinctive and innovative ideas for long term development of business sources and lead generation
• Prepare reports and summarize data for sales and social media performance analysis
• Assist in market research, perform competitive analysis and keep up to date with HK local trends, Industry Insights and explore new business opportunities
• Work closely with various internal teams to ensure efficient and effective execution
• Able to complete projects under tight deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in Hong Kong local sales and marketing business
• Driven and motivated with growth mindset, self-motivated, excellent work attitude and able to work independently
• Strong coordination and organisation skills in collecting business related data
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, work well and communicate with internal team members
