We are looking for a passionate talent with good analytics skills to join our team. In this role, you will work in the operational performance team, analyze our product requirements and end-to-end business processes, and keep improving efficiency and enabling automation.

About the job

• Study and design internal operation workflow and system flow with focus on efficiency and automation
• Work with different internal departments, and be responsible for business requirements gathering and documentation
• Effectively communicate and document business information and requirement in line with agreed processes and procedures
• Able to identify and initiate better and more effective ways in operations that can reduce cost or mitigate risks
• Prepare wireframes and mockups that mimic the actual users interacting with the back office system
• Analyze current user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Participate in system integration test and user acceptance test
• Participate in business process and technology initiatives to improve business performance

About the person

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience and familiar with system development life-cycle
• Good logical thinking, able to listen and identify root issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Target, result-oriented, team player and detail-minded
• Knowledge of user experience design including wireframing and prototyping is a plus
• Good command in spoken/written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Recent graduates passionate about Fintech are welcome to apply
