Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Analysing customer’s needs and suggest solutions before Implementing the agreed solutions (configuration & development);
• Project management - assists team leader to manage projects to ensure successful completion of project deliverables within the timeline;
• Provide external and internal users with functional assistance, e.g. deliver tailor-made trainings, system quality review and testing;
• Collaborate with  developers to execute specific customers' business requirements, as well as working with sales team in pre & post-sales;
• Support the growth of our partner network; 
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned; &
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline is welcomed. Candidates with Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent will be an advantage;
• 1 year or above related experience in software development related area, fresh grads are also welcome;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive strategy;
• Knowledge in software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile development method;
• Proficiency in using Tableau and Power BI;
• QA experience is an asset;
• Good knowledge and interested in mobile application and web page;
• Good communication and reporting skills in English and Chinese;
• Energetic, good team player, proactive and self-motivated; &
• Effective interpersonal, communications and problem solving skills          

Location: Innocenter, Kowloon Tong (Next to Festival Walk)
