Job Description
- Handle day-to-day operations for online orders (Official Website, HKTVmall etc...)
- Responsible for managing overall logistics, inventory, customer services issues
- Assist the product assortment on website and marketplaces
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in ad-hoc duties assignments when required
- Degree holder in business or related disciplines
- Min 2 years or above relevant experience in B2C online platform
- Independent, self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good command of PC software including Microsoft Office and word processing
