Job Description

THE ROLE

The eCommerce Executive will be responsible for supporting Esprit online business to drive growth and revive a cool brand through our brand official website & marketplaces.

In the short term, there is opportunity to grow the Esprit online business by market expansion and start to build awareness & engagement for Esprit. In the long term, Esprit will be building a consumer-centric omni-channel experience to sustain the brand equity & profitability of the company.

The eCommerce Executive will be accountable for supporting online sales & operations for official site & marketplaces.

Reporting directly to the eCommerce Manager/Assistant Manager, the eCommerce Executive will work closely with external partners as well as brand marketing & performance marketing hub. The role is located in Hong Kong.

The eCommerce Executive will be a trusted member of ESPRIT’s hub operations with the following responsibilities:

Overview 

  • This candidate will have a start-up / entrepreneurial mentality and believe that “every day is an opportunity to drive growth”.
  • The eCommerce Executive will be responsible for supporting eCom sales through official site & marketplaces
  • S/he will be supporting the launch & operations of eCommerce websites & marketplaces
  • S/he should be a digital savvy, understand the online consumer experience & website experience.
  • S/he should be focused on continuous improvement and optimization of the website sales partnering with marketing team on driving traffic, merchandising team on the right product offering & Technology team in features roll out & enhancement.
  • S/he will be responsible for the whole website operation, including but not limited to campaign launch, product listing, content update, promotion update & enhancements.
Main Responsibilities 
  • Support on site operations & merchandising for both official site & marketplaces
  • Making sure website animations are aligned with brand focus
  • Work closely with merchandising team to define the right offers for our end consumers
  • Support on sales reconciliation if needed
  • Generating daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly the sales report 

THE CANDIDATE

Expertise

  • 1+ years’ relevant experience in eCommerce
  • Detail minded & operational
  • Passionate about eCommerce
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as eCommerce Assistant
