Responsibilities:

• Handle retail customers’ enquiries & complaints via various channels, e.g. phone, email, social media, etc.
• Handle eCommerce order fulfillment, inventory control, logistics and after-sale service
• Maintain CRM and membership database
• Liaise with internal & external parties to facilitate daily operation
• Prepare periodical reports to manager and department head
• To implement Standard Operation Procedure and ensure the company internal requirements are followed
• Ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma or above
• 3 years or above relevant experience in sales/customer services, experience on complaints handling is preferred
• Pleasant, patient, high EQ and excellent telephone manner is a must
• Able to work independently and work under pressure;
• Familiar with Word, Excel, Chinese and English typing
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must;
• Immediate available is preferred
