Responsibilities:

• Responsible for commercial management for assigned accounts including but not limited to tender & quotation preparation, repacking management and supply chain management
• Interact with all levels within the organization on all areas related to the assigned accounts.
• Support solution design for assigned accounts.
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operation to ensure all sales and fulfillment activities proceed smoothly.
• Support in EDI and web order system setup and maintenance to ensure a smooth web operation such as product information updates, inventory control and customer enquiries.
• Prepare sales reports, analysis and insight regularly
• Lead the Team to handle order processing and customer services for assigned accounts.
• Assist in coordinating and organizing ad hoc projects

 Requirement :

• University Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Preferable with over 5 years in client management/ eCommerce operations / operational sales role experiences; related experience in Healthcare industry will be an advantage
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on business partners' needs
• Able to work on multiple projects with tight schedule and under pressure.
• Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with les experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
