Responsibilities:

• Manage website, devise digital marketing and social media strategies to raise brand awareness, generate sales leads and engage customers for target markets particularly Hong Kong & Global market.
• Maintain online products and ensure the accuracy of information on SKUs, categories, and price changes including markdowns, promotions, clear outs, etc.
• Manage and control inventory management, conduct inventory forecast and plan to optimize the inventory level
• Monitor online sales performance considering competitions, market share, and offer insights and suggestions to key stakeholders.
• Planning and execution for online marketing and promotion campaign
• Prepare regular marketing and analysis report
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in FMCG, Digital marketing & E-Commerce operation;
• Solid experience in digital activations including but not limited to, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, social media management, content marketing, digital advertising campaigns, and supporting the business strategy
• Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, detailed orientated and well organized
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
