The Job

• Lead logistics team to complete all E-commerce daily fulfilment orders
• Plan and manage the allocation of manpower resources based on business needs to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor the availability and reliability of infrastructure and equipment to minimize downtime, and resolve problems/breakdowns immediately
• Develop and enhance fulfilment strategies, policies and processes to optimize delivery capacity, enhance productivity and minimize costs
• Create and review SOP and WI to meet high standard for logistics activities
• Manage root cause analysis and establish corrective actions on service quality
• Coordinate with internal/external parties to assist daily operations
• Support KPI, clerical duties, process optimization
• Maintain daily discipline and uphold a positive working mentality across the team

 The Person

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, one of which must be in supervisory position, E-commerce fulfilment experience is preferable
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of distribution centre, distribution and transportation
• Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment
• Holder of valid driving license 1, 2, Valid Hong Kong driving license
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong command in common PC software such as MS Excel / Access / Word
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Supervisor / Planner
