A listed Real Estate Brokerage is currently seeking for a Head of Digital Product, you will be leading a team of Product Owners and UX/UI Designers to deliver the vision of the digital products and achieve strategic business goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide product vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver secure and scalable digital product proposition
• Understand the commercial and business criteria that will determine success for the product team 
• Define and evolve commercial models to deliver a profitable and sustainable business 
• Drive internal stakeholders to deliver challenging business targets
• Work with marketing stakeholders to develop an effective marketing strategy

Requirements:

• Experience in digital product leadership role with track record of driving significant digital growth
• Knowledge of web and mobile technologies 
• Working knowledge of UX and interaction design
• Ability to manage budget, ensuring that key value is delivered within cost / timescales agreed
• Strong communication and influencing skills across the organization at all levels
• Interested in Real Estate market and the technology landscape 
• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
