Accountabilities

• Formulate plans and strategies of online marketing to drive sales and revenue
• Develop e-Commerce marketing calendar in line with brand marketing and online strategies
• Assist to develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, e-Commerce brand sites, third party platforms, Retailer.com and Omni Channels for business growth for the company including website and social media
• Oversee the daily operations of the on-line business to ensure smooth running of the online platforms
• Enhance the website content and flow to grow the customer usage, traffic and conversion rate
• Work closely with external and internal stakeholders on marketing, products, creative and system development
• Manage & prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
• Assist to conduct market research and campaign result analysis
• Assist any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Degree Holder in marketing, communication, e-commerce or related disciplines
• A minimum of 2-3 years' working experience in online business environment
• General knowledge of web performance analytic & web development cycle
• Good understanding of the latest Internet, mobile, search and social media development trends
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and independent
• Highly analytical and well-structured in problem solving and presentation
• Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
