Responsibilities:

• Support marketing director in organizing marketing events.
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Gather data from research, analyze the information and maintain a database for reference. Consolidate and analyze market data, trend and landscape to assist for business plans and decisions
• Assist in copywriting and translation of product, brochures, leaflets, etc.
• Coordinate with different parties to execute the marketing campaigns, support the communication with the sale team

• Marketing / Public Relations, Marketing - Brand / Product Management, Marketing - General / Support / accounting support / administrative support / data analyse

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Prior experience as a marketing assistant or similar job posts.
• Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, and independent with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Well know Excel is essential, familiar with the formula such as Vlookup, Pivot table
