The Role:

• Conduct business and process analysis to identify potential areas for process re-engineering and system improvement
• Compile reports and statistics for customer services performance monitoring and continuous improvement
• Explore big data analytics opportunities in customer services areas
• Conduct market research and customer survey to better understand the market trend and latest technological advancement
• Monitor and analyze chatbot performances to assist the determination of continuous improvement plan
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Person:

• Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in engineering disciplines preferably in Industrial and System Engineering
• At least 2 years relevant experiences in business analytics, candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst
• Knowledge in data analytic tools and software applications, e.g. Tableau, Python, R, etc.
• Good problem solving skill, good communication with analytical and strategic mindset
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua is preferred
• Outgoing, proactive and innovative, able to handle multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
