Job Description
What efforts you need to make?
- Engage with cross-functional teams to define business requirements.
- Liaise with business users, vendor and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the Project
- Document business functional specification, user manuals and SOP to support the system development life cycle
- Plan and perform system quality assurance tests with QA team
- Prepare training materials and conduct user training
- Support user acceptance test, parallel runs and go-live
- Well manage user expectation to ensure deliveries with quality with proper assurance
- Identify, resolve and communicate system issues for daily support
- Produce regular KPI reports to support business decision making
- University graduate in Information Technology, eCommerce, or relevant discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of solid experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in retail or eCommerce industry
- With sound knowledge in website, mobile applications, and system integrations.
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Good analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Inventory Management, Order Management and Warehouse Management are a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a plus
