Major Duties

The appointee will be required to

-  provide administrative support to the Student Development Resource Centre;

-  assist in daily centre operations and handle enquiries;

-  liaise with internal and external parties in different fields and support the implementation of functions, activities and events;

-  manage and create content for social media platforms; and

-  perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications Required

Candidates should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree or a sub-degree qualification, preferably in Social Science, Social Administration, Social Work or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant experience; (ii) good interpersonal skills and language proficiency; (iii) experience in organising student activities; (iv) ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently; and (iv) high proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge in Excel is an advantage).

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, medical benefits, and staff development sponsorship. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term contract for up to two years. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
