Job Description
Monthly Salary Range: HK$23,185 – HK$48,550
Duties: The appointee will be responsible for developing and executing the postgraduate diploma programmes and branding strategies for the Senior Executive Academy (SEA). The main duties include but are not limited to the following:
- To work with programme leaders on programme management in professional standard;
- To develop and execute plans for programme administration, assist with marketing activities, supervise supporting colleagues and ensure smooth online and offline operations;
- To support the course instructors and programme team in conducting tutorials, preparing materials for courses and professional accreditations, course administration and class coordination;
- To support the development of students’ activities (including student interviews, applications and payment notice, etc.);
- To coordinate the development and delivery of advertising, promotion programmes and event management in Hong Kong and Mainland China;
- To involve in the timely and quality production of promotion content, and the development and execution of marketing initiatives and publications projects including the School website, e-marketing, promotional campaign and other publications for branding purposes;
- To handle daily enquiries and provide supports to students;
- To maintain close liaison with internal offices and external suppliers on financial and procurement matters
- To handle ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years’ relevant work experience in corporate account management, marketing and event management, preferably in the higher education and/or continuing education sector. They should be service-oriented, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure. Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving and supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. Experience and knowledge on social media platform and event management required. Good computer proficiency including Adobe AI will be an advantage.
Terms of Appointment:Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
