Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Outreach Manager to coordinate and implement different outreach and education activities;
  • Responsible for the operation and logistics of the Young Friends Scheme (YFS) and ensuring the smooth running of all programmes;
  • To assist in recruiting students to participate in YFS and other Outreach programmes;
  • To liaise with secondary schools and tertiary institutions in order to implement and ensure smooth running of the YFS and other outreach activities;
  • To take care of the administration and documentation of the outreach activities;
  • The role requires working on evenings and weekends during the HK Arts Festival and programme / project periods.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma holder with 1 years relevant working experience (fresh graduates with performing arts knowledge will also be considered);
  • Passionate in performing arts administration and willing to learn;
  • Dedicated, self-motivated, well organized and detail minded;
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and proficiency in MS Office;
