Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with client families and students, and manage the client portfolios.
• Provide advice for academic progressions and international school and college options (training will be provided).
• Provide timely and professional support throughout the application processes, observing deadlines closely.
• Act as a point of contact and bridge of communication between the client and other supporting parties in the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, overseas study experience is an advantage.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and timelines simultaneously.
• A can-do, professional attitude with a good initiative to learn new skills and knowledge for the position.
• Intermediate level of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (speaking & writing).
• Some familiarity with boarding school and college admissions are preferable.
