Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, their representatives and consultants
• Monitors and keeps project on schedule, such as submission, installation schedule, testing & commissioning schedule and material delivery, without any delay
• Liaises with sub-contractors for on-site progress and to ensure the workmanship in according to technical requirement and contract standard
• Responsible for submissions and review and reply the comments from consultants and customers
• Supports testing and commissioning and project handover to customers

Requirements

• Degree and Diploma holder in Electronics, Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.  Degree holder with solid academic background an advantage
• 2 years' relevant experience in building services design and project management. Experience in BAS management is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Solid PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlooks and AutoCAD
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and site supervision skills
• Good command and proven English and Chinese proficiency, esp written skills is a plus
