Job Description

• Coordinate amongst project teams and clients to facilitate project implementation
• Prepare feasibility study reports, design reports, technical notes and tender assessment reports
• Monitor junior engineers in terms of work allocation, training and design support
• Participate in technical proposal preparation, prepare tender documents, construction cost estimation and tendering assistance
• Conduct construction administration works including submittals review, inspection and monitoring of site works as required

 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of working experiences for post of Principle Engineer. Candidate with less experience to be considered as Senior Engineer
• Corporate member of HKIE, CIBSE or other equivalent professional bodies
• Registered Energy Assessor is an advantage
• Experience in managing large-scale Railway / Hospital / School is preferable
• Familiar with design guidelines, standards, safety and certification requirements, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to relevant authorities
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Hardworking and energetic
