Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Support the engineering team of Aerosim (HK) in flight simulator hardware development, production, quality control, and maintenance. Depending on merit, skills, and interest displayed during employment, candidate could be assigned to specialize in one, several, or all functions. Job placement will be located in production site in Fo Tan.
Job Duty
- Assist with flight simulator production and assembly, including but not limited to mechanical frame and PCB assemblies
- Streamlining production
- Support new product development processes
- Occasional off-site simulator device maintenance/repair
- Maintaining bill of materials and other production-related documents
- Ad-hoc duties
Skills and Experiences Requirements
- Holds Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent -- fresh graduates welcome
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Hardware prototyping (electronics and mechanical assemblies), preferably had been involved in engineering projects
- Basic manufacturing operations (e.g. drilling, sawing, laser-cut, 3D printing)
- Soldering (wires, SMD, through hole)
- (Preferable) Proficiency in CAD software; Solidworks is a plus
- (Preferable) Proficiency in PCB design software; Altium is a plus
- (Preferable) Microsoft Excel
