What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for product development, DFM, failure analysis, design of experiments, tooling validation, manufacturing process improvements
• Troubleshooting of molding quality issues
• Liaise with US customers on product specifications
• Understanding of design and quality best practices for plastic injection molding
• Coordinate with factory to resolve production related matters

Who are we looking for?

• High Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing industry with mechanical plastic products experience
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in AutoCad or SOLIDWORKS
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in teams
• Ability to effectively communicate concepts, proposals and timelines
