Accountabilities

• Support stores maintenance and replacement planning and execution
• Assists in planning equipment maintenance programs for existing stores
• Handle all EBSS administration work including but not limited to quotation, invoice, filing and other administration.
• Prepare and maintain Equipment database, regular reports and analysis;
• Prepare yearly maintenance service agreement and contractors performance review
• Handle tender preparation, quotation and analysis for maintenance projects
• Prepare periodic review, reports for routine maintenance and contractors performance review
• Coordinate with government departments and other F&B associations
• Handle all ad-hoc projects as assigned

Professional should

• High Diploma or above in Facilities Management/ Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Building Sciences or equivalents.
• 3 years' working experience in engineering/construction field is a MUST, food and beverage experience is preferable
• Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and able to plan strategically
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & AutoCad
