As a member of our organization, you will be expected to handle trade declaration for both import and export shipments, also assist both inbound & outbound team to receive/ship shipment.

What you can do for us:

• Responsible for handling trade declaration on timely manner.
• Responsible for picking and packing goods for delivery.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify for accuracy.
• Prepare return of goods to supplier
• Inspect stock items for defects and report to managers. Involve in stock count.
• Clean and maintain equipment, supplies storage areas according to safety regulations
• Maintain proper documentations and pictures of inventory records
• Adhoc duties as and when assigned by management

Who we’re looking for:

• DSE with 1-2 years’ warehouse/logistic experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Typing, Outlook and Tradelink System
• Good command of both written English & Chinese
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and inputs in a fast moving environment
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility, team player, good time management
• Short Notice/Immediate available is highly preferred
