Our client is a leading EU buying office with over 10,000 stores globally. Hong Kong, being one of the regional headquarters, is now expanding and therefore would like to invite a QA/QC professional to join their team in Hong Kong.

As a Quality Engineer (Toy), you are responsible for

• Ensure all production are conducted in line with company's ethical and quality policies.
• Manage and review production schedules from suppliers for the assigned category of products.
• Liaise with QC and suppliers on any capacity planning or scheduling issues.
• Prepare and provide weakly in production traffic light reporting to the merchandising team.
• Alert and notify stakeholders when any critical production and quality issues arise
• Resolve any production quality issues by working alongside the QC and QA teams.
• Conduct Pre-Production meetings when needed.
• Provide manufacturing technical support and procedure to reduce costs, as well as improve quality levels and production efficiency.
• Review IVA data provided by QC officers and ensure the accuracy of it.
• Oversee and review inspection activities conducted by the QC.
• Perform factory evaluations, implement and control CAPs.

To be successful at this position, you need

• Education background in engineering, supply chain or related disciplines.
• At least 3 year experience in a QA/QC/ project engineer/ technical engineer role, handling toy/ stationery products within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in AQL for product inspection.
• Good project management experience.
• Travel is required when the border is reopen.
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.

• Senior Quality Technologist (Audio/ Mobile Accessories), HK$26,000 - HK$33,000 per month
