Responsibilities:

• Implement provisioning order in mobile messaging and 3G/4G roaming  services 
  
• Review service order for completeness, accuracy, achievable delivery date and service feasibility
• Conduct testing with internal parties and customers; manage the whole process from pre-sales to completion and handoff of the service
• Assist in managing SMS messaging and SCCP/LTE signaling system
• Support Engineering and Planning teams to ensure the network design and features meet the service requests

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experience in telecommunication and mobile messaging and roaming engineering
• Knowledge in UNIX / Linux 
• Knowledge in HTTP/SMPP mobile messaging protocol and SCCP/MAP/LTE signaling protocol would be an advantage
• Knowledge in application architecture design and programming languages would be an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
