Responsibilities:

• Monitor the telecommunication services including Data services, Mobile Value-added Service, Mobile Roaming, SMS and IDD and Retail Service
• Analyse the alarms information and maintain the service quality of telecommunication services
• Troubleshoot for the network fault and customer complaints
• Review the quality of service with support engineers

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2 years of working experience in Telecommunications Industry is preferred
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese; fluency in English is a plus
• Willing to work on 7 x 24-hour in 3 shifts
