Looking for a motivated Product Characterization Engineer to do diode and MOSFET testing for the rapid growth of new products and sales team product technical support requests.

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for electrical characterization of high voltage SiC power devices.
• Perform competitive electrical benchmarking at device level.
• Design and build measurement circuit for power devices characterization.
• PCB design and development.
• Evaluate and report measurement result.
• Sourcing of characterization measurement equipment and material.
• Participate in technical discussion with R&D, reliability, failure analysis and manufacturing process engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Good understanding of semiconductor device, MOSFET in particular.
• Good understanding of MOSFET datasheet and characterization methodologies.
• Hands on experience with SiC device testing or development is preferred.
• Familiar with semiconductor power device analyzer (Keysight B1505 or B1506).
• Self-motivated, able to work individually and in a team player with strong desire for continuous learning.
• Able to independently learn equipment.
• Fluent Mandarin communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
• Fresh Graduate may also be considered.
