Job Description
- Duties will include review tender documents, scope of works, site investigation and attending pre bid meetings & seeking clarifications from clients.
- Floating an enquiry and collection of offers with vendor negotiation
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Service Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying
- Wide experience in tendering and contracts in constrution industry
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
