Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible in handling UK developments but may need to manage HK projects if so required. Station in Hong Kong and manage Building Service Engineers/ Inspectors in both HK and abroad.
• Manage, liaise, co-ordinate and meeting with oversea consultants, contractors, government authorities and other relevant internal & external parties and provide full spectrum of building services support in all stages of the developments.
• Manage building services-related bidding/pricing process for inclusion in the final project budget required for all closings and monitor in all construction stages on cost and quality controls.
• Manage E&M contracts, processing instructions & payment, planning, checking design & tender documentation, monitoring work progress, T&C and hand-over and defect rectifications of E&M Works
• Maintain positive and effective communications amongst all local/overseas stakeholders and be able to analyze/present findings to internal/external parties as required.
• Develop cost saving initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, preferably graduate from an UK University.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in medium/large scale commercial property developments and/or consultant fields.
• Experiences in UK and knowledge in the statutory requirement in UK (e.g. Approved Document L) and BREEAM would be a definite advantage.
• Chartered Engineer with MCIBSE or similar qualifications.
• Knowledge in handling AutoCAD, BIM and Revit. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
