Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing all duties within the scope in the residence, including inspection, maintenance and repair for all electrical switchgear, E&M equipment and distribution networks / systems

負責在寓館範圍內執行所有職責，包括檢查、維護和修理所有電氣開關設備、機電設備和配電網絡/系統

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry, properties or building maintenance 須持具備2年以上相關工作經驗, 具酒店，物業或樓宇維修經驗者優先考慮

• Successful completion of a full craft or technical apprenticeship in relevant industry or other equivalent course with practical training 成功完成相關行業的完整工藝或技術學徒或其他具有實踐培訓的同等課程

• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above) and Safety Card 須持有有效電工牌照(A牌或以上) 及建造業安全訓練証明書(平安咭)

• Capable of multi-skill and attentive to details 能同時處理多項工作及細心

• Good team player with good interpersonal skills 良好的團隊合作精神，具有良好的人際交往能力
