Responsibilities 

• Assist in day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services installations in residential building
• Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works
• Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors
• Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• Assist in budget control

Requirements 

• Degree / higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services / property / facilities maintenance
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and mature, able to work in a diverse environment
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, etc.
