We manufacture engineered products to technical customers to demanding specifications by leveraging a comprehensive network of suppliers, testing, and manufacturing in Shatin, Hong Kong. Due to business expansion, we are seeking for high calibre candidates to fill the vacancy: 

Job Description

• Responsible for component and product quality activities for project(s)
• Planning / Prep to control products and components
  • Lead Quality activities for the PD&D process for new products
  • Determine control requirements and limits from customer requirements, FMEA risks identified and achievable Cpk analysis
  • Define Quality Control Plans to implement controls for incoming, in-process and finished goods, including key equipment and assets
  • Prepare documentation such as TS, SPC, and D-IQC templates for use by inspection / test technicians
  • Review and approve quality engineering documentation for project(s)
• Processing routine controls and monitoring
  • Review and approve QC reports, SPC and make PASS / FAIL judgements with due justification recorded
  • Line FAI review and sign-off to start production
  • Support production line technical escalations and response
  • Review and release-approval of MP supplier orders for project(s)
  • Control non-conforming or any suspect materials on the system to prevent use or supply to customers
• Corrective and Preventive actions
  • Issuing and updating Batch Case records for QC failures identified to communicate and track investigations and corrective actions
  • Leading failure analysis and supplier communication for non-conforming materials, including preparing NCR, reviewing Supplier CA and supporting verification
  • Issuing and progressing DEV and ECRs for project(s)
  • Leading technical investigations for customer returns and complaints (RMA) for project(s)
• Improvements
  • Support process changes, audits and continuous improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hands-on technical engineering.
• Proficient in relevant international standards in quality.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills and fluent in English
• Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is preferred
