Responsibilities

• To ensure Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning (HVAC) system under our service contract operates in good conditions
• To arrange and coordinate HVAC system maintenance and repair works
• To suervise project schedule and budget per contract requirements 
• To prepare service proposal, tendering documents, quotation, technical report per customer requests and attend client regular meeting
• To monitor field staff and sub-contractor performance as well as site management
• To ensure compliance of safety requirements for field staff
• To work with teammates to achieve department booking and sales target

• Degree / High Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 1 year experience with HVAC Service Business will be an advantage
• Good communication and interperonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint as well as AUTOCAD 
• Self-initiated and motivated
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
