MTR Business Manager

Job Descriptions:

1)     Manage and monitor existing MTR and other railway company projects in Hong Kong,

Mainland China and overseas where our company now acts as the main contractor under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) Contract,

cooperating with colleagues; he/she will act as the project administrator, where main scope of works include coordination with MTR and other railway companies,

management of sub-contractors/suppliers, handling contractual issues and preparation of documentations, attendance to project meetings and site works etc.

2)     Promote and create new MTR and any other plant/ infrastructure-related business, incl. any projects related to decarbonization in Hong Kong,

Mainland China and overseas; main scope of works include collaboration among other internal departments, collection of new project-related information,

development of relationship with key personnel of customers, facilitation and communications with partners and suppliers, and formation of strategy, etc.

3)     Conduct regular report, communication and discussion with Management levels and Tokyo Headquarter side on each business progress,

strictly follow company’s  internal regulation and compliance rule, and obtain internal approval properly and timely, especially, when developing new projects,

signing contracts and renewing credit limit etc.

4)     Undertake other duties as required commensurate with abilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in project management or similar with MTR and/ or overseas transportation-related companies.
• Working experience in Japanese company will be a big advantage.
• Degree holder in Engineering related or equivalent.
• Good command of speaking and writing English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Japanese language capability will be a big advantage.
• Immediate Availability is preferred
• With coordinating mind, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• A positive, flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills
